Community Partners

HaGomel partners with mission-driven organizations in the Greater Los Angeles area that provide essential services to women survivors of sexual and other trauma.

Our trained facilitators develop and lead workshops at our community partners’ locations and activate space for public events with accessible expressive arts programs. We provide all required supplies, and our programs are customizable to suit our Community Partners’ needs.

Is your organization interested in partnering with HaGomel to provide expressive arts workshops? Please contact us at info@hagomel.org

CCNP focuses on ensuring Equal Access to Essential Need Services, primarily regarding housing, food, health, transportation, and education, Building Financial Security through professional and career development, financial education, free tax preparation, and income supports, and Empowering Tomorrow’s Leaders through academic support, youth leadership, civic engagement, and youth workforce development.

Founded in 1996, Alexandria House is a transitional residence and house of hospitality. They provide safe and supportive housing for women and children in the process of moving from emergency shelter to economic stability and permanent housing. Located in the densely populated and ethnically diverse Mid-Wilshire area of Los Angeles, they also serve their broader neighborhood community by providing educational and enrichment opportunities for their neighbors as well as their residents.

Program Partners

HaGomel has had the opportunity to build relationships and partner with other nonprofits across the country who lead expressive arts programs for their communities, many specifically for women survivors of sexual trauma. Contributions to these organizations have allowed for program development, and in some cases, helped launch custom-designed healing experiences for women.
